Sun Valley Pecan Company is owned and operated by pecan growers, people with a real vested interest in the pecan industry spanning three generations. In addition to the owners pecans, Sun Valley also shells and markets for other growers, our neighbors, making obvious our long term commitment to the industry. As described on our introduction page Sun Valley Pecan Company has subscribed to the most stringent of manufacturing practices. In our first food safety audit conducted January 2004, by the American Institute of Baking we achieved an accumulative score of 930 points, and a "Superior Rating." We are also Kosher certified with the Orthodox Union, currently under the supervision of Rabbi Noach Vogel. We are also open for your personal inspection, so you can verify for yourself, our commitment to quality.
