Sweet Potato Casserole

Special thanks to: PC, Bolingbrook, IL Servings: 8 Directions: 3 cups cooked and mashed sweet potatoes 1/2 stick margarine 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 tsp salt 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla Topping: 1 c. brown sugar 1 cup Surratt Farms chopped pecans 1/3 cup flour 1/3 stick margarine Mix sweet potatoes, margarine, sugar, salt and vanilla together, adding eggs one at a time. Pour into a buttered caserole dish. Mix all the topping ingredients in a separate bowl and mix until dry and crumbly. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Special Notes:
