Cornbread Salad

Special thanks to: KA, Springfield, TN Servings: 6 Directions: Ingredients: 2 boxes Jiffy or sweet cornbread mix 1/2 C. green bell pepper 1/2 C. red bell pepper 1/2 C celery /12 C. green onion 1/3 cup carrots 1 jalapeno pepper 1/2 pint mayonnaise or salad dressing 1 cup chopped pecans Note: All ingredients except cornbread should be finely chopped before measuring. Directions: Bake cornbread as directed on box. Let cool. Crumble cooled cornbread. Mix everything together adding mayonnaise or salad dressing. Can be made a day ahead of time to eat. Special Notes:
