Pecan Pie

Special thanks to: GT, Montfort, WI Servings: 8 Directions: 2 Eggs 1 Cup Sugar 1 Tbls. Flour 1/2 tsp. salt 4 Tbls. melted Butter or Oleo 1 tsp. Vanilla 2/3 Cup Light Corn Syrup 1/3 Cup Milk 1 Cup Pecans Mix all ingredients together and bake in a pie shell 15 minutes at 400 degrees and then 30 to 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Special Notes: My husband has Celiac/Sprue disease which has a restricted diet so I substitute the flour with tapioca flour and bake in a gluten-free crust.
