Old Fashioned Pecan Tarts

Special thanks to: BJ, , Servings: 1 Directions: 1/3 cup melted butter 2/3 cups white sugar 3 farm fresh eggs 1 teaspoon salt 1 cup light corn syrup 1 cup plus one handful pecans Blend first five ingredients on high speed until foamy. Stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked tart shells. Bake at 375* degrees for 28 minutes. *This recipe makes 16 tarts* Special Notes: *I cannot keep up with the amount of orders I have recieved for these tarts. I have two huge pecan trees of my own and have been baking pies for years. Recently I had my kitchen approved to go into business and my supply of pecans is dwindling fast. Try this recipe.
