Japanese Fruit Pie

Special thanks to: EL, Stuart, VA Servings: 6 Directions: Japanese Fruit Pie 1 cup sugar 1 stick butter, melted 3 beaten eggs 1 teaspoon white vinegar 1/2 cup Surratt Farms chopped pecans 1/2 cup coconut 1/2 cup raisins Mix all ingredients, pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. Enjoy Special Notes:
