Caribbean Pecan Delight

Special thanks to: LV, Palm Harbor, FL Servings: 8 Directions: Ingredients: 1 1/3 cups Surratt Farms Pecans 1 cup greated coconut 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp salt 2/3 cup light syrup 3 large eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract 1tsp cinnamon one pie crust 1/3 cup margarine melted Mix beat eggs with corn syrup, sugar, salt, vanilla, butter and cinnamon. Add Surratt Farms Pecans and coconut, place into the pie crust and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Special Notes: Better of you use fresh grated coconut
