Southern Peach Cobbler
Special thanks to: MW, Big STone Gap, VA Servings: 1 Directions: 5-6 Cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches 1/2 C. sugar 1 box yellow cake mix 1 stick butter, melted 1 C. finely chopped Surratt Farms pecans 1 C. shredded coconut Preheat oven 375 degrees. In buttered 13x9 baking dish layer ingredients in order. (The cake mix should be layered dry) Bake for about 40 minutes until bubbly and browned. Special Notes:
