Texas Lamb Chops

Special thanks to: SE, gloster, LA Servings: 6 Directions: 6 Lamb Chops (cut to 1 1/2-inch thick) 1 cup merlot 1/2 cup orange juice 1 Tbs chili powder 1/4 cup green chilies diced 1/3 cup Surratt Farms pecans chopped 2 tbs olive oil 1 med onion chopped 3 cloves garlic minced 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp salt Place lamb chops in a deep baking dish. Combine all other ingredients and mix well. Pour mixture over lamb and marinate 24 hours in refrigerator. To cook, place chops in a roasting pan (save the marinade) and place into a preheated 450-degree oven. Cook 15 minutes, then reduce the heat to 350 degrees, pour marinade over meat and cook for 45 to 50 minutes or until the meat is tender. Special Notes:
