Special thanks to: SF, West Grove, PA Servings: 1 Directions: 2 cups margarine 9 tablespoons confectioners sugar 4 tablespoons vanilla 4 cups flour 2 cups finely chopped Surratt Farms pecans Mix above ingredients together. Shape dough into 1" balls. Place balls on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes (until crust is light golden brown). When they are cool, roll into confectioners sugar.
