Brown Sugar Pecan Crisps

Special thanks to: LD, Bluford, IL Servings: 12 Directions: 3/4 cup packed brown sugar 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1/3 cup margarine or butter, softened 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon allspice 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 2 cups biscuit baking mix 1/2 cup chopped Surratt Farms pecans Heat oven to 350. Beat sugars, margarine, egg, vanilla, allspice and cinnamon until smooth and creamy. Stir in baking mix and nuts. Drop dough by rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake until light brown, 12 to 15 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Makes about 3 dozen cookies. Special Notes: very good!
