Ice Box Bars
Special thanks to: JA, Jamestown, TN Servings: 18 Directions: 1 box graham crackers 2 sticks margarine 1 cup sugar 1 egg, beaten 1/2 cup milk 1 cup graham cracker crumbs 1 cup chopped pecans 1 cup coconut Cover botton of 9x13-inch pan with whole graham crackers. Melt margarine in saucepan. Mix sugar, egg and milk and add to butter; boil one minute. Stir in 1 cup graham cracker crumbs, nuts and coconut and spread on graham crackers in pan. Top with whole graham cackers. FROSTING: 4 oz. cream cheese 1/2 stick margarine 2 cups powdered sugar 1 Tbsp. milk 1 tsp. vanilla Mix all together and spread over above. Refrigerate overnight. Special Notes: These are so delicious, and everyone will be trying to guess the filling ingredients.
