Old Fashioned Cocoa Fudge

Special thanks to: DW, Centralia, IL Servings: 20 Directions: 3 c Sugar 2/3 c bakers cocoa 1 1/2 c whole milk 1/2 tsp salt 1/4 c margarine 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 c Surratt Farms pecan pieces Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in a large pan, add milk. Stir and cook over medium heat until mixture reaches soft ball stage when dropped in cool water. Let cool, do not stir. Approximately 20 minutes. Drop in margarine, vanilla and pecans. Stir until it begins to thicken and pour into a 9X9 inch buttered pan
