Special thanks to: BN, El Paso, TX Servings: 1 Directions: 1 Box white cake mix with pudding, 3 eggs, 1 & 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/4 cup oil, 1 (3.5oz) can flaked coconut, 2/3 cup Surratt Farms chopped pecans toasted, Mix first 4 ingredients, med speed 2 min, add pecans & coconut, bake 350* 15-17min. Frost with Cream cheese icing. 1(8)oz soft cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, 1 small box powdered sugar, 2 teasp vanilla, 1 cup Surratt Farms chopped and toasted pecans. beat cream cheese, & butter, add powdered sugar, mix, stir in pecans & vanilla Wonderful Special Notes:
