Icebox Fruitcake
Special thanks to: CC, Barnesville, GA Servings: 15 Directions: 1 box graham crackers 1 jar each red and green cherries, cut in halves, I use a little of the juice 1 cup raisins 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 1/2 cups chopped Surratt Farms pecans 1 cup flaked coconut 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained Crush the graham crackers very fine. add the condensed milk, mix the crackers and milk together. Add the rest of the ingredients. I press it into a pound cake pan. You can use a 13X9 pan. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Special Notes:
