Special thanks to: DM, HAZLEHURST, GA Servings: 10 Directions: 1 BOX BUTTER PECAN CAKE MIX (BETTY COCKER) 1 SMALL BOX TOASTED COCONUT PUDDING (ROYAL) 1/4 CUP POPPY SEED 1/2 CUP OIL (WESSON VEG.OIL) 4 EGGS 1 CUP HOT WATER (NOT BOILING) 3/4 CUP CHOPPED PECAN (SURRATT FARMS) MIX ALL TOGETHER AND POUR IN 4 GREESED LOAF TIN PAN. BAKE AT 325* FOR 30-35 MINUTE. Special Notes: YOU CAN PUT THIS IN A CAKE PAN TOO. I DO THIS IN LOAF TIN FOR CHRISTMAS GIFTS. I WRAP THEM UP AND PUT A RIBBON OR BOW ON THEM. EVERYBODY LOVES THEM AND ASK FOR THEM EVERY YEAR.
