Special thanks to: DM, Greensboro, NC Servings: 8 Directions: 1 c flour 5 T butter, softened 1/2 c packed brown sugar 1 ( 8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened 1 egg 1 T milk 1/2 t vanilla 1/2 c chopped Surratt Farms pecans -Preheat oven to 350 degrees -In a bowl, combine flour, butter and brown sugar. Press into ungreased, 8x8- in. baking pan. Bake for 10 minutes. -With mixer, beat cream cheese, egg, milk and vanilla until smooth and then scrape sides of bowl often. -Spread over baked flour layer and sprinkle Surratt Farms pecans. -Bake for 25 minutes. Cool and chill at least 2 hours before cutting into bars. Store in refrigerator. Special Notes: Enjoy!
