Almost "Fruitless" Fruit Cake

Special thanks to: JW, Beebe, AR Servings: 20 Directions: 1 lb. pecans (chopped) 1/2 lb. dark seedless raisins 1-14 oz. box Nabisco Honey Graham Crackers (crushed) 2 sticks margarine 1-16 oz. pkg. big marshmallows Small bottle of cherries (optional) Crush graham crackers (not real fine). Put in bowl and add chopped pecans and raisins. Mix well and set aside. Melt margarine and marshmallows on low heat in large pan (deep pot--like a stock pot). Remove from heat and slowly pour the pecan, raisin, cracker mixture into the melted mixture. Mix well and pack in lightly buttered 9 x 13 pan. (Can put a few cherries on top) We like it better without the cherries. Let set--ready to eat. Cut in desired size slices. Will serve 20 plus. Special Notes: This is a "new take" on the traditional "candied fruit" fruit cake. It is easy and very good. Store on the counter and it keeps for days--however it probably won't stay around long. Everyone that tries it, loves
