Pecan Turtle Cheesecake

Special thanks to: LV, Sarepta, LA Servings: 8 Directions: 2-8oz packages Cream cheese, softened 2 -eggs 1/2 cup sugar 1 Cup mini-chocolate chips 1 1/2 cups Surratt Farms pecans coarsely chopped 1 large graham cracker crust 1 teaspoon vanilla Caramel Topping Cream together cream cheese & sugar, add eggs beating well. Add vanilla. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips,and 3/4 cups of pecans. Pour into large graham cracker crust. Top with remaining 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Drizzle with caramel topping. Cover with remaining pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for about 55 minutes. Remove from oven and while still hot, drizzle again with caramel topping. Special Notes: This recipe is simple and the pecans make it taste and look so deliciously complicated!! I make this at least 4 times a year for my children's school functions, bake sales and auctions. Not to mention the family gatherings and reunions. Try it, you will love it!!!
