Special thanks to: AT, Concord, NC Servings: 20 Directions: 1 can Eagle Brand Milk 2 pounds coarsely chopped pecans 1 bag milk chocolate chips 1/2 sheet paraffin wax Take one can of Eagle Brand Condensed Milk. Place unopened can in the bottom of a dutch oven, and cover with water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a simmer. Let simmer for four hours, caramelizing the contents. Let cool completely. When ready to complete candy, Spread waxed paper on cabinet. Melt milk chocolate chips with 1/2 Sheet of paraffin wax in double boiler. Take about 1 teaspoonful of caramelized milk, roll in coarsely chopped, fresh pecans, and dip in chocolate mixture. Place on waxed paper. You may substitute chocolate bark for chocolate and paraffin.
