Fast'n Easy No-Fail Fudge

Special thanks to: DP, Memphis, TN Servings: 20 Directions: 1 can of sweetened condensed milk (such as Eagle Brand) 18 oz. chocolate chips (usually a large bag and a half... I like to mix them up -- a full bag of semi-sweet chips with a half of a large bag of milk chocolate chips) 1 Tablespoon vanilla 3/4 - 1 cup coarsely chopped Surratt Farms Pecans Slowly melt the chips and the condensed milk over low heat, stirring frequently. Stir in vanilla. When mixture is smooth, stir in nuts. Pour mixture into buttered 8x8" pan and allow to cool. Cut into squares. Special Notes: Can cool in fridge or on counter... your choice. I can have this in the pan in five minutes and everybody always comments on how good it is... line your pan with foil and spray with PAM for easier clean-up. May vary the flavor of chips, nuts and extracts to achieve different results. (Try folding in candied red and green cherries into white chocolate fudge at Christmas!)
