Pecan Creams

Special thanks to: CG, Bartlesville, OK Servings: 1 Directions: PECAN CREAMS 2 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1/2 c. light corn syrup 1/2 c. margarine 1 tsp. vanilla 2 - 2 1/2 c. chopped Surratt Farms pecans Mix all ingredients except vanilla and pecans. Bring to rolling boil and boil for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until candy begins to hold its shape, about 3 to 4 minutes, stir in pecans. Drop by spoonful onto wax paper.
