White Chocolate Popcorn

Special thanks to: WN, Brandon, MS Servings: 8 Directions: Pop 1 bag microwave popcorn and remove any unpopped kernels. Pour into large mixing bowl, and mix in 1 cup Surratt pecans. Heat 8 oz. white chocolate chips in microwave just until melted. Pour over the popcorn/pecan mixture and stir to coat. Spread on cookie sheet until cool. Break into small pieces and store in an airtight container. Special Notes: This is very easy but very good. Everyone who has tried it loves it!
