Roasted Maple Pecan Clusters

Special thanks to: RG, Grand Rapids, MI Servings: 8 Directions: Roasted Maple Pecan Clusters 2 cups Surratt Farms pecans ¼ teaspoon cinnamon ½ cup maple syrup 1/2 cup clarified butter Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Divide all ingredients to use them in two large ovenproof saucepans. Melt butter in saucepans. Stir pecans into the butter coating them from both sides. Add maple syrup and cinnamon stirring and coating the pecans. Set pans in oven. Let the pecans stick together. You don't have to spread them side by side. Bake about 10 minutes. Turn the pecans and bake another 10 minutes. Spread on wax paper and let cool. - If you like it sweeter you can add some more maple syrup. Special Notes: I wanted my husband and boys to eat healthy nuts, but they found them to be too plain. So, I came up with this all healthy recipe.
