Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

Special thanks to: RF, Burke, VA Servings: 1 Directions: 2- 8oz. pkg cream cheese 1- 8oz. can crushed pineapple (very well drained) 1/4 cup finely diced green bell pepper 1/4 cup minced onion 2 cups chopped Surratt Farms pecans Allow cream cheese to soften. Mix cream cheese, pineapple, bell pepper, onion, and one cup of chopped pecans. Form the ingredients into a ball and roll in the remaining chopped pecans to cover the surface. Wrap in foil and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers of your choice. Special Notes:
