Pecan Turtle Pretzels

Special thanks to: KF, Joppatowne, MD Servings: 20 Directions: Lay mimi pretzels on cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Press a rolo caramel on each pretzel. Put the sheets into a warm oven (around 250-275 degrees) until rolo softens. Place a Surratt Farms pecan half in the center of each so it mashes the rolo into the pretzel. Let them cool completely before removing from the cookie sheets. They look similar to a pecan turtle except you're adding pretzels. Serving size depends on how many bags of pretzels you use as well as how many sweet teeth you're feeding. Special Notes: They do not take long to make and the little kids, as well as the adults, love them. I made them for a summer company picnic and everyone wanted the recipe. The same thing happened when I made them for our Christmas party.
