Pecan Bark

Special thanks to: JB, Farmington Hills, MI Servings: 20 Directions: 40 Saltine Crackers 1/2 cup brown sugar 2 sticks of butter 1 cup Surratt Farms chopped Pecans 1 bag chocolate chips Pre heat oven to 350 Line cookie sheet with parchment paper layer 40 saltine crackers on paper In microwave melt butter and brown sugar until a pouring consistency. Pour over crackers Bake for 12 minutes Immediately pour chocolate chips over crackers Spread with back of spoon while melting Sprinkle with pecans Refrigerate 2 hours. Break into pieces (The pieces will be in all sizes and shapes) Special Notes:
