Special thanks to: DW, Millbrook, AL Servings: 20 Directions: 2 (8 oz) pkg Cream Cheese, softened 2 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 1 c Surratt Farms pecans, chopped 1/4 c roasted red peppers, chopped 3 tsp Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp seasoning salt 1 dash ground pepper Mix cream cheese and cheddar cheese with mixer until well blended. Blend in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Drop 6 (1/3) cup measures of mixture into triangle shape on serving platter. Drop remaining mixture at base of triangle, smooth to form tree. Garnish with olives, grape tomatoes or broccoli. Serve with toasted bread or crackers. Special Notes: Also good served with strawberry preserves. May be made into a large ball and served as cheese ball if time doesn't allow for making the tree.
