Special thanks to: KT, Arkadelphia, AR Servings: 10 Directions: 2 8 oz package cream cheese 1 pound Velveeta cheese 1 4 oz. jar diced pimentos 8 green onions (finely chopped) 2/3 cup pickled jalepeno peppers (finely chopped) 2 heaping cups Surratt pecans (finely chopped) 1/8 tsp each of Accent and garlic powder 1 package flour tortillas (burrito size works best) Soften the cheeses and mix together well. Stir in other ingredients. Spread on the tortillas and roll tightly. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill well before slicing. Special Notes: Makes enough to spread 8 tortillas. Depending on the sliced width of the pinwheel, each roll will yield 10 to 12 pinwheels.
