Pineapple snack cake

Special thanks to: VN, West Monroe, LA Servings: 10 Directions: 1 box yellow cake mix,1cup brown sugar, 3/4 cup Surratt Farms chopped pecans 3 tablespoon butter(melted), 2 eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 & 1/2 cup light sour cream, 2 cans 8oz crushed pineapple(drained) Heat oven 350%, spray pan with pam, Mix 2/3 cup dry cake mix with brown sugar & nuts & butter with crumbly. Beat egg 2 egg whites, sour cream & remaining cake mix, Mix using box cake mix recipe, spread 1/2 of cake mix in pan, top with 1 can pineapple-- sprinkle with nut mixture & gently spoon rest of cake batter over brown sugar mixture, top with 1 can pineapple drained and the rest of the brown sugar mixture, bake 55-60 minute @350%. Let cool before taking out of pan. Special Notes: This is great for any meal including breakfast, take along meal, it's great.
