Old Fashioned Fudge
Special thanks to: BH, bath, ME Servings: 20 Directions: 2/3 c cocoa 3 c sugar 1/2 tsp salt 1 1/2 c milk 4 1/2 T. butter 1 tsp vanilla 1 c Surratt Farms pecans mix cocoa with sugar and salt. Add milk; bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Cook until it forms a soft ball in water. Remove from heat. Drop in butter. Cool and add vanilla. Beat until mixture thickens. Pour into buttered pan and cool. Cut in squares. Special Notes:
