Pecan and Brie appetizer

Special thanks to: JJ, Virginia Beach, VA Servings: 1 Directions: 1 round of Brie cheese 1 pkg of pastry sheets 1 cup chopped Surratt Farms pecans 1/2 cup butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 egg In fry pan melt butter and brown sugar then add nuts, cook for about 5 mins. Lay out pastry sheet on baking sheet, cut top off of round of Brie cheese and place in center of pastry sheet. Pour butter, brown sugar nut mixture over top of brie. Fold pastry sheet up over top of cheese and nuts mixture/or gater up pastry and tie with cooking twine. Wash with egg wash and bake for about 15 mins in 400 degree oven. Absolute delicious Special Notes: serve warm
