Blueberry Pecan Dessert Bars

Special thanks to: MW, Millbrook, AL Servings: 12 Directions: 3/4 cup Surratt Farms Pecans, crushed 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 Tbsp butter 8 oz cream cheese 8 oz tub whipped topping, thawed 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 can blueberry pie filling Mix Surratt Farms pecans, graham cracker crumbs, brown sugar and butter until crumbly. Mash down with fork into 9 x 14 pan. Bake in 325 degree oven until browned. While crust is browning, mix cream cheese, whipped topping and vanilla. Place in refrigerator until crust has cooled completely. Layer cream cheese mixture on top of crust. Top with blueberry pie filling. Keep cold until served. Slice into 12-24 pieces, depending on desired serving size. Special Notes: Any flavor of fruit pie filling can be substituted for the blueberry according to taste.
