Pecan Cranberry Pie

Special thanks to: DM, Sutton, VT Servings: 6 Directions: Premade Pie Shell or homemade * Mix 1 1/2 tablespoons of sugar with 2 tablespoons four or cornstarch. Add 1/2 cup light corn syrup & 1/2 cup honey and blend thouroughly. Add 2 eggs ( beaten), 1 tsp vanilla extract. Stir in 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1 tablespoon heavy cream. Mix 2 cups Surratt Farms pecan halves and 1 cup fresh cranberries. Pour into pie shell and bake for 35-40 minutes or until set. Enjoy Special Notes: The pecans and the cranberries really blend nicely together. Enjoy
