2010 Fund Raising Program
Well the holiday season is once again upon us, and we have a lot to offer this year.
This is an “on- year” production-wise, quality is outstanding, and prices are very
reasonable. We have put together this program, to help our fund-raising clients realize a
great opportunity to both raise funds and provide a real value for the purchasers who
support them. Every thing on our site, with the exception of our gift tins is available for
this program, from shelled fancy mammoth halves to our famous chocolate coated pecans.

the perfect holiday treat for gifts, baking, or an easy holiday party snack.
Our program is based on volume, but structured so even small group can reach the
maximum discount. The minimum to qualify is $1,000.00, from $1,000 to 3,000 the
discount is 20% from our already low prices. $3,001 to $ 5,000.00 earns a 25% discount,
and $5,001 and up earn 30%. This means at the maximum discount 2lbs. of our fancy
shelled halves will only cost your organization $9.80 and should sell for $20.00, freight is
also much less (around a dollar a pound)1. This will mean approximately $9.20 on one sale
to your organization. This rate is for two pound poly packages, we can also package in resealable
zip-lock bags or one pound cellophane bags for a touch of class. Rates vary from
.03 to .10 per pound, so please contact us for details and current prices. We can also
custom design gift baskets to meet any need. As you can see fund-raising with Surratt

At these rates we cannot afford to extend credit, but we are more than happy to
provide full color brochures and order forms. We will also send you a sample of each of
